Windows 7

Well, I have been trying out Windows 7 64-bit, and so far I am impressed. All my hardware works ok with the drivers, the o/s is quick and stable. So I am very keen.

The greatest thing is the fact you can drag your browser window to the left or right and it occupies half your screen, which is great when you have a 22in monitor ;-)

Software I have tried so far are as follows.

• Google Chrome (needs the optional --in-process-plugins adding to the target properties)
  
• Itunes V8 64-bit, which seems fine
  
• Nokia Data Suite V7.0 (works fine, but you need to tell the installer its Vista)
  

I am going to try MS Money 2005 and MS Office 2007 Enterprise next - wish me luck!!
